1% alcohol boost
½ tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp irish moss (last 15 min of boil)
10 drops anti-foam silcon (last 15 min of boil)
Aerated with O2 for 45 seconds

Fermenting at 60 degrees F in WSN temp chamber
Original Gravity: 1.059, 15% Brix
