11.5 lbs – 2-Row malt
7 lbs – Munich malt
1 lb – 120L Crystal malt
1 lb – Cara Munich malt
3 oz – German Hallertau hop pellets (2.7% Alpha – 60 min)
2 tabs – Whirlfloc (15 min)
2 capsules – Yeast fuel (15 min)
1 oz – Cascade hop pellets (5.5% alpha – 15 min)
1 oz – Cascade hop pellets (5.5% alpha – 5 min)
Fermented on the yeast from batch #84 at 68 degrees F
O.G.:
Upper fermenter: 1.050, 12.8 degrees Brix
Lower fermenter: 1.052, 12.2 degrees Brix
